New Customer Announcement - BTG Live with Midoco Mid- and Backoffice

We are delighted to announce that the Baltic Travel Group has successfully onboarded onto Hashtag Midoco Mid-and Backoffice. BTG is one of the first companies to replace AGM, which is being sunsetted by the end of the year 2026.

The implementation of Midoco Mid-and Backoffice at BTG involves improving processes around automating booking date import from various sources, creating uniform and efficient order management and financial workflows. Amongst many other things this includes, auto-invoicing, reconciliation, multi-currency handling, virtual creditcards, cutomised workflows.
