Midoco expands platform with global payment, AI, analytics and integration solutions

Hamburg, February 16, 2026 - The Midoco Group is consistently expanding its MIDOCO and Umbrella platform and presenting a variety of new payment, analytics, AI and integration solutions. With the latest enhancements, Midoco is strengthening internationally active travel companies, business travel agencies and travel management companies (TMCs) in particular.

Strong payment solutions for the international market

In the area of payment processing, Midoco is expanding its portfolio with powerful partner solutions for corporate cards:

    • APG Pay enables payment processing for corporate cards in Australia and New Zealand.
    • ConnexPay offers global payment processing.
    • Mint Payments complements the offering with a further payment solution that can be used worldwide.

Midoco thus creates maximum flexibility and global scalability for international travel companies.

More transparency through analytics and accounting

Midoco strengthens financial management with new analytics and accounting functions:

    • Prime Numbers Reporting delivers powerful analytics and reporting capabilities, especially for the US market and corporate reports.
    • Transaction Management ensures that every service or invoice change is clearly identifiable and flows correctly into downstream processes.
    • The completely newly developed Midoco Export for accounting systems offers generic exports in two formats:
      • Midoco Booking Journal Export (CSV)
      • Midoco Standard Accounting Export (XML)

This positions Midoco as an open platform for national and international accounting systems.

Another milestone is the PEPPOL connection for the worldwide dispatch of e-invoices via a secure and internationally established channel - efficient and legally compliant, especially in the European environment.

Expansion of the service provider network

Midoco is continuously expanding its portfolio of service provider connections:

    • Holidayheroes
    • Passolution with revised interface
    • HRS direct interface
    • CRC (Corporate Rates Club) incl. planned direct interface
    • EHOTEL
    • HomeToGo

Umbrella Profiles: Internationalization and AI integration

The integration with the Lokulus service management software makes profile data intelligently usable via AI processes. This enables business travel agencies to increase personalization in service.

Further highlights:

    • Enhanced HR feed import with improved mapping and look-ups. This enables faster and more cost-effective implementation.
    • New OBT interfaces: Argo (for LATAM) and KDS (for France). Profiles are now synchronized between over 40 tools
    • Umbrella Profiles has reached the 14 million managed profiles mark.

Umbrella Midoffice: AI-supported automation

The new AI functions in Umbrella Midoffice are a particular highlight. These include the automatic parsing of booking confirmations from emails into structured dossier messages. In addition, AI-supported incoming PDF invoices (e.g. BSP PDFs) can now be read in and automatically compared with brokered services.

Other new features include the:

    • Enhancements for TAF models (incl. Bundled TAF and Light/NDD recognition)
    • Recognition of the booking channel (e.g. low-cost carrier or NDC)
    • Individual DBI mapping for rail ticketing
    • Separate display of DCC charges for NDC bookings
    • Recognition of Amadeus Light Ticketing
    • Price transmission per service in the Destinationbook module
    • Extended transit country query in the Passolution module
    • New document areas including upload function
    • Interface to MSC Book for cruises
