New Partner Announcement - Midoco and HomeToGo Connect Their Systems
by Magnus Kunhardt on Aug 4, 2026, 11:06:18 AM
Travel agencies can now automatically import and process HomeToGo bookings in Midoco mid- and backoffice - expansion of the integration already
planned.
Hilden / Berlin, 4. August 2026 - Midoco GmbH, a leading provider of mid- and backoffice solutions for the travel industry, and HomeToGo, Europe’s leading vacation rental group, have launched a direct interface between their systems. Effective immediately, travel professionals using the Travel Agency Hub by HomeToGo_PRO Doppelgänger, HomeToGo’s gateway for travel agencies, can enable the transfer of completed HomeToGo bookings directly into the Midoco mid- and backoffice. This collaboration helps build a more connected technology ecosystem, with travel agencies benefiting from a simplified and more efficient processing of their HomeToGo bookings.
The new integration eliminates the need to enter booking data manually. In its current phase, all relevant information from a HomeToGo booking is transferred directly into Midoco, where it is available for further order processing, invoicing, and documentation. This empowers travel agents to manage their data seamlessly in one place, reducing administrative workload, minimizing sources of error, and speeding up sales processes.
The project’s short implementation time is particularly noteworthy. HomeToGo used Midoco’s open web services to develop the interface, considerably simplifying and accelerating the integration of external systems.
“By connecting HomeToGo to Midoco, we enable the automated import of HomeToGo bookings into Midoco, making processing significantly easier for travel agencies,” says Jörg Hauschild, COO of Midoco Holding GmbH. “The fact that the interface could be delivered quickly is an impressive demonstration of how powerful our web services are.”
Jan Walbaum, Director Distribution Partnerships at HomeToGo, adds: “We launched the Travel Agency Hub to make it easier for travel agents to access HomeToGo’s unparalleled selection of vacation rentals, and our partnership with Midoco is another important step forward. With this new interface, we are bringing the Travel Agency Hub closer to the tools agencies already use every day. By connecting our platform with existing workflows, HomeToGo helps create a seamless user experience and makes daily operations more efficient for travel professionals.”
Looking ahead, HomeToGo and Midoco plan to further expand the integration, helping travel agencies work even more efficiently across both platforms.
The integration is available to travel agencies with an existing HomeToGo agreement and can be activated by contacting respective account managers at HomeToGo or Midoco.
